I am a Senior Computer Vision Researcher at Magic Leap. I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Robotics and Perception Group, led by Prof. Davide Scaramuzza. I received my Ph.D. in Robotics from the University of Bremen for my work on Adaptive Localization and Mapping for Planetary Rovers under the supervision of Prof. Frank Kirchner.

I am passionate about computer vision and perception for robotics. My work focuses on providing spatial intelligence in mixed reality. I worked with event-based vision and flying robots during my postdoc. I previously worked with planetary rovers, legged robots and 3D printing.
